Lance, Buckeye Roofing Owner, will arrive at your house and introduce himself. He will take pictures of your house, get on the roof, and take pictures of any areas of concerns and/or adjustments that should be made.
After the initial assessment has been completed, Lance will type up the quote, add in the photos he captured, and go over any questions or concerns you may have while he is still at your home.
Lance will go over shingle colors, warranty, and any additional information about the job.
The signed quote gets sent to Kyle, our Production Manager, who will confirm shingle and/or gutter colors with you, collect a deposit, order the necessary materials, and give you an estimated day that we will come out and install your new roof and/or gutters.
On installation day, Joe, our Project Manager, will be available to you throughout the day to make sure everything runs smoothly. If you opted to install gutters, John, our Lead Gutter Technician, will come out with additional gutter technicians and install the gutters.
When everything is complete, we will come out to do a thorough follow-up inspection to make sure you are completely satisfied with your new roof and/or gutters. Then, you will pay the cost and Bri, our Office & Marketing Manager, will process your warranty and mail it to you.
